Hello Beauty! Welcome to Enchanted Collection By Shanaiya Best. Right here is where you'll find everything that you need to know before booking your service. Please make sure you read everything with a clear understanding and follow all the terms and conditions. CASH ONLY.

               DEPOSITS

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! All deposits are due at booking and your deposit goes towards your booked service total. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment a new deposit will be required for future booking. Deposits are only refundable when stylist is at fault of cancellation. 

              SERVICES

when booking be sure to read the service description. Make sure that you've selected the correct service that you desire before checking out.  I will not perform any other services at scheduled appointment that wasn't booked. Come with your hair freshly washed and blow dried out and free of any oils. Wash and Dry service is available. BRAIDS- hair is included.  LACE SERVICE- Make sure you bring new lace only! used lace is not acceptable unless I was the original Installer. 

        NO CALL/NO SHOWS/LATE/LATE CANCELLATION 

After 10mins into your scheduled appointment and you have not arrived you'll be charged a $20 late fee. At 20 mins late a $40 late fee will be applied! At 30 minutes your appointment is CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED. No call / No shows will be blocked from future booking and will be charged half of your service total as well as late last minute cancellations.  If you're not able to make your appointment notify me within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Emergency appointments are limited but available at times! text (984)-895-5073 for a time and date thats not available on website. Its not a guarantee that an emergency slot will be always be available but if so there's a $60 fee on top of the service total. NO REFUNDS! I do not offer any refunds. Make me aware at appointment or within 48 hours after appointment if anything goes wrong with your hair and we'll then proceed with a solution to the problem.
